SUB-PROCESSORS

The vendors we engage to deliver JibeONE.

Who they are, what they process, where, and the safeguards we apply.

A "sub-processor" is a third party that JibeAIs, LLC ("JibeONE") engages to process personal information on behalf of our Customers in order to deliver the service. This page lists our current sub-processors and the safeguards we apply, in support of our commitments under the Data Processing Addendum and GDPR Article 28.

1. Our commitments

Before engaging a sub-processor we conduct due diligence appropriate to the data involved, and we put in place a written contract that flows down data-protection obligations at least as protective as those we owe our Customers. We remain responsible to our Customers for a sub-processor's performance of those obligations.

3. Notification of changes
