The behavior we expect on JibeONE.

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out conduct that is prohibited when using the JibeONE platform, this website, and related services provided by JibeAIs, LLC ("JibeONE"). It is incorporated into and forms part of the Terms of Service. It applies to every customer, user, and visitor ("you").

1. Definitions and scope

"Service" means the JibeONE platform and any related website or service. "Content" means anything you submit to, transmit through, or generate within the Service. This AUP applies to all use of the Service, regardless of deployment model.

2. Prohibited uses

You must not use the Service to:

• engage in, promote, or facilitate any illegal activity, or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes another party's rights;
• abuse, harass, threaten, defraud, or impersonate any person, or collect information about others without authorization;
• probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or any network, or breach or circumvent authentication, rate limits, or access controls, without our prior written authorization (authorized testing is governed by our Security & Vulnerability Disclosure policy);
• scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract data from the Service except through interfaces we provide for that purpose and within your licensed scope;
• extract, reproduce, or attempt to derive model weights, training data, or prompts from JibeONE's AI features, or use outputs to build a competing model or service;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by law;
• share, sell, or transfer credentials, or allow access by anyone other than your authorized users;
• transmit malware, or interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or the data it contains;
• infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of JibeONE or any third party.

3. Your responsibility

You are responsible for all activity under your accounts and for your users' compliance with this AUP. You must promptly report any unauthorized use or security incident you become aware of.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations. Depending on severity, we may issue a warning, remove or disable offending Content, suspend access, or terminate the Service in accordance with the Terms of Service. Where a violation poses an immediate risk to the Service, other customers, or the public, we may act without prior notice and will notify you as soon as practicable.

5. Reservation of rights

Our decision not to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. Nothing in this AUP limits any other right or remedy available to us.

6. Reporting

Report suspected violations or abuse to hello@jibe.one. Report suspected security vulnerabilities under our Security & Vulnerability Disclosure policy.

7. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. The current version is always posted here with its "last updated" date; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
