COOKIE NOTICE

How JibeONE uses cookies and similar technologies.

What we set, why, how long, and how to opt out.

This Cookie Notice explains how JibeAIs, LLC ("JibeONE") uses cookies and similar technologies on this website and in the platform sign-in experience. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser so it can recognize your session, remember choices, or measure how the site is used. Similar technologies include local storage and pixels. We group the technologies we use into the categories below.

2. Categories we use

  • Strictly necessary — required to run the site and keep you securely signed in. These cannot be switched off through a consent banner because the service would not function without them. They include the session cookie and the anti-forgery (CSRF) token used to protect state-changing requests.
  • Functional — remember non-essential preferences, such as interface choices, to improve your experience.
  • Performance — help us understand aggregate, de-identified usage so we can improve the site. Set only where permitted by your consent.
  • Marketing — we do not currently set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If that changes, this notice and our consent mechanism will be updated first.

3. Cookies we set

Name Category Purpose Retention
Session identifier Strictly necessary Maintains your authenticated session Session (deleted on sign-out or expiry)
Anti-forgery token Strictly necessary Protects state-changing requests (CSRF) Session
Interface preference Functional Remembers non-essential UI choices Up to 12 months
Usage measurement Performance Aggregate, de-identified usage analytics Up to 12 months
[The exact cookie names and any analytics provider are being confirmed by a one-time cookie audit; this table describes the categories and purposes in effect.]

Where the law requires consent (functional and performance cookies), we obtain it before those cookies are set and you may decline or withdraw at any time without losing access to essential features. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent. You can change your choice at any time through the site's cookie controls or by contacting us.

5. Browser controls

Most browsers let you view, block, or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent you from signing in or using parts of the service.

6. Third-party cookies

We do not embed third-party advertising or social-tracking cookies. Any performance provider we engage acts as our processor under contract and is listed on the Sub-processors page.

7. Changes and contact

We will update this notice when our use of cookies changes, with a new "last updated" date. Questions: hello@jibe.one.
